ABOUT US

For us, vegan confectionery is an art and our passion. We come from traditional recipes, but we add value to them, which we already believe is the right step for the health, the planet, and the soul. 

We enjoy discovering and trying out new recipes that break stereotypes and set new standards.

Our team

Meet Anežka Honců and her team. Anežka is the mastermind behind all the recipes you love so much, and by her side are her skilled assistants - Kristý, Ira, and Nataška.

OTHER PROJECTS

It all started in Palo Verde

In January 2020, we opened Palo Verde bistro. The bistro started as a cafe with a selection of desserts and coffee. However, the pandemic made us move on in a very short time frame. We joined forces to create the first offer of homemade filled pasta, we made homemade croissants or baked cakes and pies. Thanks to people's response and their support, we were able to continue our journey.

FARM OF JOY

At Palo Verde, we offer vegan breakfasts, desserts, stuffed pasta, tapas or daily specials. Take advantage of the opportunity to settle down in the quiet courtyard of our cozy garden.

Since Palo Verde premises are connected to the hotel, we decided, after mutual agreement, to find a way to open the first vegan hotel in Prague. We also can't forget about vegan cosmetics and more sustainable cleaning products.

Farma Radosti is very close to us, we try to organize charity events for them and help by selling charity products. Follow our social media or website for current events.
